Acceptable Use & Limitations

The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Purchasing from us

To purchase from us you must be over 18.

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted. Subject to not selling below our cost price.

Allow ten working days for cheque clearance. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.

 

Product specification

Any sales literature supplied or representations made to the Buyer shall not form part of the contract between the Company and the Buyer, unless agreed in writing.

Except where goods are supplied on the express advice of the Company, given in writing, that they are suitable for a specific purpose, it shall not be a term of the

contract that goods are sold as fit for any specific purpose, and this notwithstanding that the Company may be deemed to have knowledge of the purpose for which the goods are required.

Where the Company is requested to advise the Buyer on any aspect relating to the contract, the Company warrants that it will use all reasonable skill and care in the giving of that advice.

 

Delivery

We aim to deliver goods to you within 1-2 working days but we cannot give an exact delivery date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this.

 

Title

Tital of the products shall only pass to the buyer once the payment has been cleared in full.

Until full payment has been received for the goods the buyer holds the goods as bailee for the company.

 

Bankruptcy or insolvency

Where the buyer commits any act of bankruptcy or being a limited company winding up proceedings are commenced by reason of insolvency or any assignment is made for the benefit of, or arrangements made by creditors, the company may repudiate the contract wholly or in part by written notice with immediate effect to the buyers without prejudice to any part of the contract as may have already been performed.

 

Liability

The company shall not be liable for consequential damages or loss of any kind due to the supply of goods or services by the company.

The company shall not be liable for any faults arising due to investigation or interference by the buyer.
Complaints

We will acknowledge all questions or queries within a maximum period of 48 normal working hours.

Damaged or defective goods

We will supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery.

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return to us or the manufacturer at no cost to you. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will at your option repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.
